Perfect Chocolate Chip Recipe

This recipe is tried and true among our tasters per our experiment. You can adjust the sweetness level by changing the white-brown sugar ratio, the chewiness by changing the all-purpose vs bread flour ratio, and the top flavor by going for butter or coconut, for your personal taste. ⦿  Prep: Mix baking soda, salt and both flours

⦿  Prep: Melt butter or coconut oil and cool it down

⦿  Start: mix sugars as the base

⦿  Add: vanilla to the sugar mix, keep mixing

⦿  Add: butter or coconut oil melt, keep mixing

⦿  Add: eggs, keep mixing

⦿  Add: flour-soda-salt mix, keep mixing

⦿  Add: chocolate chips, keep mixing

⦿  Scoop from the well mixed dough in even pieces onto baking sheet

⦿  Bake 375F in the oven for 10 minutes
